THIS CONTRACT OF SALE (this "Contract") is entered into by and between BALLPARK PARKING PARTNERS LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Seller") and the CITY OF ARLINGTON, a duly incorporated home rule city of the State of Texas that is governed by the constitution and general laws of the State and by its duly adopted home rule charter ("Purchaser"). Certain terms used herein are defined in Article 13.
