This Contract is being entered into this 1st day of July, 2022, by and between Lamers Bus Lines, Inc. (“Contractor”) and the Milwaukee Board of School Directors (“MPS”), a school district organized and operating pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes. Contractor shall further be held to the “General Specifications and Operating Procedures”, (the “Specifications”), attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference.
