The following Agreement to Provide Medical Services (the Agreement) is hereby made and entered into this day of June, 2018, between Missoula County (hereinafter “the County”), 200 W. Broadway, Missoula, MT 59802, and Planned Parenthood of Montana (hereinafter “PPMT”) 1116 Grand Avenue, Suite 201, Billings, Montana 59102. For mutual covenants provided herein and as set forth in the Scope of Services for Missoula County Detention Facility (“MCDF”) provided by PPMT (hereinafter “the Scope of Services”) which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, it is agreed as follows:
