This Offshore Wind Development and Reporting Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of April _13 , 2022 (the “Effective Date”) by and between MAYFLOWER WIND ENERGY LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (LLC) (“Mayflower Wind” or “COMPANY”) and the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (“MA DOER”). Each of Mayflower Wind and MA DOER is referred to as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
