These Terms of Use are entered into by and between you (either as an individual or on behalf of the legal entity you represent) and CUE Audio, LLC (“CUE Audio”). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents or other terms and conditions or agreements expressly incorporated by reference (collectively, the “Terms of Use”), constitute a legally binding agreement between you, or any company you represent (collectively, “You,” “you,” or “User”), and CUE Audio. The Terms of Use govern all User access to and use of the www.cueaudio.com website and any other website operated by CUE Audio (collectively, the “Website”), any CUE Audio mobile or desktop apps (the “Apps”), and any content, functionality, technology solutions, applications, soQware and services offered on or through the Website or Apps (the “Services”), whether as a guest or a registered user. For purposes of the Terms of Use, the Website, Apps and Services are collectively referred to as the “CUE Audio Platform”.
