Platinum Software may optionally access an embedded copy of the Royal Mail’s Postcode Address File (“PAF®”) within the software. In accordance with Royal Mail licensing terms, this information is available only to one named user on a designated terminal. A licence fee is due to Royal Mail for every terminal licensed. For this reason access to the facility is limited to only those terminals, and a named user associated with each terminal, which have been licensed in accordance with the Royal Mail terms and conditions, a copy of which are included.
