This SEPARATION AND DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT is entered into effective as of April 4, 2022 (this “Agreement”), by and between Colfax Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Enovis”), and ESAB Corporation, a Delaware corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of Enovis (“ESAB”).
