This Residence Hall License Agreement (“License Agreement” or “Agreement”) for space in Housing & Residence Life with the room number yet to be assigned (“Assigned Space”), is hereby made and entered into by the Regents of the University of Idaho, a public corporation, state educational institution and a body politic and corporate organized and existing under the constitution and laws of the State of Idaho, hereinafter referred to as the “University,” and the individual named below, a student at the University, hereinafter referred to as the “Student.” This license agreement is not transferable, including to a fraternity or sorority.
