(“Citibank”), as the Administrative Agent, CITIGROUP GLOBAL MARKETS INC. and MORGAN STANLEY SENIOR FUNDING, INC., as the joint lead arrangers (the “Incremental Term B-1 Arrangers”) and the initial Incremental Term B-1 Lenders (as hereinafter defined).
