The purpose of this document is to define the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the online platform, maintenance and support of the Hosting Service (“Service”). Service Level Agreements are used as a tool to measure and guide both parties in achieving the goals for effective service delivery of all licensed applications (“Software”) to the Client. AVORD is providing the Client with the capability to run the Cloud based platform.
