This Participation Agreement for the above referenced Sourcewell Master Agreement (“Participation Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the State of Washington acting by and through the Department of Enterprise Services, a Washington State governmental agency (“Enterprise Services”) and Elgin Sweeper Company, a Delaware Corporation (“Contractor”) and is dated and effective as of August 1, 2022.
