This Grant Contract, dated the day of , 2022, by and between the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments, a public agency (hereinafter “ACOG”), and the City of Norman, a city located within the Central Oklahoma Transportation Management Area, (hereinafter “Grantee”) is for the provision of reimbursement of certain costs incurred for the installation of 80 bus stops throughout Norman as further defined in the "SCOPE OF SERVICES."
