The Department of State Health Services (“System Agency”) and the City of Laredo Health Department (“Local Government”), collectively referred to as the “Parties” to DSHS Contract No. HHS000435300001 effective June 4, 2019 (the “Contract”), now want to amend the Contract. The Contract was established under the provisions of “The Interlocal Cooperation Act,” Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code.
