THIS AMENDMENT No. 1 formally amends that certain Tourism Service Contract made and entered into the 13th of January 2015, by and between the Tokeland-North Cove Chamber of Commerce, P O Box 132, Tokeland, Washington 98590 (“the ORGANIZATION”), and the Board of Pacific County Commissioners (“the BOARD”) on behalf of Pacific County (“the COUNTY”), a political subdivision and municipal corporation of the state of Washington.
