This End-User License Agreement (the “License Agreement”) for Zachary Systems, Inc.’s software is made by and between Zachary Systems, Inc., a Virginia corporation (“Zachary Systems”) and the end-user licensee, which shall include your organization (“Licensee”). Zachary Systems and Licensee are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”. By installing, copying or otherwise using the Software, Software Copies or Related Materials (each as defined below) Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If Licensee does not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, Zachary Systems is unwilling to license the Software, Software Copies or Related Materials to Licensee. Under such circumstances, Licensee may not use the Software, Software Copies or Related Materials, and Licensee should promptly contact Zachary Systems for instructions on return of the Software, Software Copies and Related Documents.
