• By entering this Agreement, the Hirer warrants and confirms to comply with all legislation, statutory rules, regulations and bylaws in force and as updated from time to time. Decisions on how to comply with legislative requirements are for the Hirer, however, where applicable the Hirer must comply with any policies or requirements of Council in relation to legislative requirements. The Hirer understands and accepts that Auckland Council may immediately terminate this Agreement if the Hirer breaches any legislative requirements.
