This Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Contract” is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by and between, Follett Software Company Follett School Solutions, Inc. with a place of business at 1391 Corporate Drive, McHenry, Illinois 60050; hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," and the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, Sheriff Department wih a place of business at 320 North Flower Street, 2nd Floor, Santa Ana, CA 92703, hereinafter referred to as "County," which may be referred individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
