The undersigned, Northfield Savings Bank (the “Bank”), offers to enter into this Contract of Purchase with the City of Winooski, Vermont (hereinafter the “City”), which, upon the City’s acceptance of this offer, will be binding upon the City and upon the Bank. This offer is made subject to the City’s acceptance by 5:00 p.m., local time, on the date hereof or such other time on such date as agreed upon by the Bank and the City.
