These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the GCMS Plus Basic Agreement made between the Bank and the Customer. Data Mapping and Conversion Utilities is used subject to these Terms and Conditions. All other terms and conditions in the GCMS Plus Basic Agreement shall form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and shall continue to be valid and binding hereunto. Except otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions, terms defined in the GCMS Plus Basic Agreement have the same respective meaning when used herein.
