Peer Mentors (PMs) are upper-class students selected and trained to serve as academic and social mentors to NKU Housing residents. The purpose of the PM position is to promote the Residential Education Model by establishing meaningful relationships with NKU Housing residents and developing successful learning environments in the residence halls through programming and community outreach. While it is expected that the PMs will assist in the creating and maintenance of community standards, policy enforcement and serving in the duty rotation are not part of the PM position description.
