This template has been developed in close collaboration with Swiss Personalized Health Network (SPHN) and is intended to facilitate the exchange of human biological material within Switzerland. It shall be used by Swiss Biobanking Platform (SBP) partners which work in compliance with the governance principles issued from applicable ethical and legal requirements and which follow professional biobanking standards as stated in their Biobank Regulation. In addition, SBP encourages anyone working with biological material to adopt it. The use of this template is limited to the exchange between academic institutions and is not suitable for the transfer to a for-profit organization.
