Pursuant to Section 205 of the Federal Power Act (“FPA”)1 and Part 35 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (“FERC” or the “Commission”) regulations,2 PacifiCorp hereby submits for filing the Seventh Amended and Restated Transmission Service and Operating Agreement (“Amended TSOA”), between PacifiCorp and Deseret Generation & Transmission Co-Operative, Inc. (“Deseret”), to be designated as PacifiCorp Seventh Revised Rate Schedule No. 280 in eTariff. As discussed herein, the Amended TSOA is a result of the Parties’ efforts to account for certain operational changes at existing Points of Delivery (“PODs”) and account for certain new PODs, consistent with previous filings accepted by the Commission, as well as to generally update the agreement since it was last filed with the Commission in Docket No. ER13-1005.
