Pursuant to Section 205 of the Federal Power Act (“FPA”)1, Part 35 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (“Commission”) regulations,2 and Order No. 7143 regarding electronic filing of tariff submittals, PacifiCorp hereby submits for filing the Ninth Amended and Restated Transmission Service and Operating Agreement (“Amended TSOA”), between PacifiCorp and Deseret Generation & Transmission Co-Operative, Inc. (“Deseret”), to be designated as PacifiCorp Ninth Revised Rate Schedule No. 280 in eTariff. As discussed herein, the Amended TSOA is being filed to account for changes to Appendix F, Internal Generation, including the renaming of an existing Deseret resource, as well as general updates to the agreement last filed with the Commission in Docket No. ER22-1492.

Pursuant to Section 205 of the Federal Power Act (“FPA”)1 and Part 35 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (“FERC” or the “Commission”) regulations,2 PacifiCorp hereby submits for filing the Seventh Amended and Restated Transmission Service and Operating Agreement (“Amended TSOA”), between PacifiCorp and Deseret Generation & Transmission Co-Operative, Inc. (“Deseret”), to be designated as PacifiCorp Seventh Revised Rate Schedule No. 280 in eTariff. As discussed herein, the Amended TSOA is a result of the Parties’ efforts to account for certain operational changes at existing Points of Delivery (“PODs”) and account for certain new PODs, consistent with previous filings accepted by the Commission, as well as to generally update the agreement since it was last filed with the Commission in Docket No. ER13-1005.
