• This proposal is written as a follow-up of the agreement of the meeting at 14th of July 2001 in Tiel, Holland, between “Stichting MAMANA” and the Head of the Indonesian Midwife Association (IBI) Maluku. It has already being poured into the Development Policy of the Multi Functional Health Center and the Recommendation of “Stichting MAMANA” for the Indonesian Midwife Association, so investigation has been implemented through some meeting activities with the Maluku and Kota Ambon government and other stakeholders.
