(“Customer”) . The Bank and the Customer agree that the provision by the Bank and the use by the Customer of the Positive Pay services described below shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement. In the event of inconsistency between a provision of this Agreement and the Oregon (OR) or California (CA) Commercial Code, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
