This Agreement contains the terms and conditions applicable to services provided by ZUNDIAO (defined below) and to be signed under it are intended to create legal relations between the Client, whose details are set out in Account Application Form and Zundiao Securities Limited (“ZUNDIAO”) of Unit 2112-13, 21/F, Shui On Centre, 6-8 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The Client should therefore consult its own legal, tax and financial or other professional advisers prior to entering into this Agreement if the Client is in any doubt or has any questions about how to complete any part of this Agreement. The Client is fully aware this Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement. The Client must sign and complete the Account Application Form and submit relevant supporting documents as required by ZUNDIAO before the Client is permitted to effect transactions with ZUNDIAO.
