(“Owner”) has indicated that all inquiries and communications by the Potential Purchaser with respect to the contemplated sale of the property listed above, (the “Property”) shall be directed to Texas Investment Property Group, a Wes Walters Realty, Inc. company, (“TexasIPG”). All fees due TexasIPG in connection with the sale of the Property shall be paid by the Owner.
