It is the intent of the Parties to this Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", to set forth all matters mutually agreed to, all of which constitute the entire negotiated Agreement between the Parties. It is understood that this Agreement establishes mechanics to provide for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances and establishes working conditions, hours of work and wages for all employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
