THIS LEASE dated September , 2018, is between the City of Lilburn (“Landlord”) and the Lilburn Downtown Development Authority (“Tenant”). In consideration of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Lease, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows.
