This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) amends the terms and forms part of the Agreement (as defined below) by and between the customer identified in the Agreement (the “Customer” or “you” or “your”) and the applicable SMA Technologies entity providing the SMA Offerings (“SMA Technologies”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and will be effective from the date of last signature below (the “Effective Date”).
