This Master Operation and Maintenance Services Agreement (this “Agreement”), is dated as of December 16, 2014 (the “Effective Date”) between CONTRA COSTA COUNTY (“Owner”), and BORREGO SOLAR SYSTEMS, INC., a California corporation (“Operator”).
