SUPERINTENDENT’S EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTEmployment Contract • August 28th, 2024 • Texas
The Board, by and on behalf of the District, does hereby employ the Superintendent under Section 11.201(b) and Section 21.201 et seq. of the Texas Education Code as Superintendent of the District, and the Superintendent does hereby accept employment as Superintendent of the District for a term commencing on September 1, 2024 and ending on August 31, 2027. The District may, by action of the Board, and with the consent and approval of the Superintendent, extend or renegotiate the Contract to a term permitted by state law. This Contract creates no property interest of any kind beyond the period of time stated in the Contract.
