THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Lease” or this “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of this day of , 202_ (the “Effective Date”), by and between the CONEJO VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT” or “Lessor”), and CARDEN CONEJO SCHOOL, a nonprofit public benefit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as “TENANT” or “Lessee”). DISTRICT and TENANT are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
