In consideration of PHILLIP CAPITAL MANAGEMENT (HK) LIMITED (the “Investment Manager”) of 11th Floor, United Centre, 95 Queensway, Hong Kong which is a Licensed Corporation (CE No. AEP527) licensed with the Securities and Futures Commission in respect of carrying on the regulated activities of asset management and advising on securities agreeing to provide discretionary asset management services to the Client as identified in the Customer Information Form (the “Client”) who has opened one or more such asset management accounts with the Investment Manager, the Client HEREBY AGREES that it shall give sufficient authority to the Investment Manager to provide the discretionary asset management services and all the aforesaid services and the transactions in the aforesaid account(s) shall be subject to the Agreement (including without limitation the Asset Management Agreement and the Customer Information Form) as amended from time to time and notified to the Client.
