The Silver Lake Water and Sewer District ("District") and ("Developer") enter into this Developer Extension Agreement for the purpose of constructing an Extension to the District's infrastructure system. The term “Extension” shall apply herein whether Developer is extending the District water system or the District sewer system or both systems. If this Agreement is accepted, the undersigned, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained, agrees to the terms and conditions of this Developer Extension Agreement as follows:
