This Membership Agreement (the “Membership Agreement”) is entered into this 4th day of December, 2017 by and between the Green Corridor Property Assessment Clean Energy (PACE) District, a public body corporate and politic (the “Green Corridor”), and the City of Edgewater, Florida, a municipality of the State of Florida (the “City of Edgewater”) (collectively, the “Parties”) for the purpose of providing a PACE program within the City of Edgewater.
