Clinton, Rochester, NY 14646 (referred to as “Citizens”), and NE Colorado Cellular, Inc., a Colorado corporation, with its office at 1224 West Platte Avenue, Fort Morgan, CO 80701, collectively referred to as the “Carrier". Carrier and Citizens may also be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and singularly as a “Party”.

Clinton, Rochester, NY 14646 (referred to as “Citizens”), and WWC License L.L.C., a Delaware corporation, (as defined hereunder) with its office at 3650 131st Avenue SE, Suite 400, Bellevue, WA 98006 collectively referred to as the “Carrier". Carrier and Citizens may also be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and singularly as a “Party”.
