EMPLOYEES: The agreement applies to all employees employed by AP Crushing Pty Ltd located at Lot 10, Gardners Rd, Rutherford and the Caines Food Pty Ltd sites (wholly owned subsidiary of AP Crushing) located at Lot 9 Gardners Rd, Rutherford, 8 Stream St, Maitland or any other site for which the depots may operate at. It covers employees engaged in the business of extracting and processing vege table oil and all ancillary operations, who fall within the coverage of the Margarine Makers (State) Award
