This document serves as a Memorandum of Understanding (herein after referred to as an "MOU") between the Subcontractor (herein after referred to as the "Subcontract") and Opportunities for Otsego, Inc. (herein after referred to as the "Agency"). The purpose of this MOU is to establish a cooperative working agreement between the Subcontract and the Agency, whereby the Subcontractor shall provide services to clients within the City of Oneonta as described in the Empire State Poverty Reduction Initiative (ESPRI) Work Plan and Budget specific to the subcontractor in this agreement (Appendix A).
