This Agreement entered into between Black & McDonald Limited of Toronto, Ontario (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and Local 787 of the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada. AAFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as the "Union"), for the purpose of operation and maintenance work for Projects which form the appendices to this Agreement.
