This agreement confirms the scope and terms of representation provided by the Center for Arkansas Legal Services, Legal Aid of Arkansas, Arkansas Access to Justice, and their pro bono volunteers regarding the Southern Bancorp Super Saturday program (“Super Saturday program”). The phrase “Super Saturday attorneys” or any variation of that term includes staff attorneys, volunteer attorneys, law students or other volunteers for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services, Legal Aid of Arkansas, and Arkansas Access to Justice.
