This Second Amendment of Lease (“Amendment”) is made and entered into effective as of the 17th day of January, 2017 (“Amendment Date”), between the Port of Corpus Christi Authority of Nueces County, Texas (“Authority”), a navigation district operating under Article XVI, Section 59 of the Texas Constitution, and Accutrans, Inc. (“Lessee”), a Louisiana corporation with a permit to do business in Texas. The Authority and Lessee are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties”).
