Signatures by the appropriate representatives put these policies and procedures into effect. The policies and procedures will stay binding until revised, with a new signature page, or the program is terminated, and the policy and procedure will be considered null and void. Deviation from policy and procedures may cause the Medical Director or AED Program Coordinator to rescind authorization of the departments program.
