This Individual Placement Agreement (“IPA”) effects a Placement for the named Child or Young Person (Section 1) between the Purchaser and Provider (set out in Section 4) in accordance with the Framework Agreement for Fostering and Continuing Care Services. IPAs are governed by the Individual Placement Terms (Schedule 2 to the Framework Agreement) including the Service Specification and any additional or differing terms relative to the Individual Placement detailed herein. Terms with an initial capital letter are defined in Schedule 7 Identified and Defined Terms. Any reference to a “Section” is to a section of this IPA unless otherwise stated. Providers, Staff and Foster Carers must fully adhere to the obligations of confidentiality attaching to any information contained in this IPA as set out in the Individual Placement Terms.
