These Terms of Agreement (the “Terms of Agreement”) establish the terms under which Athelas Inc. (“Athelas”) will provide to Customer Services set forth on that Athelas Service Agreement between Customer and Athelas (the “Service Agreement”). In the event of a conflict between the Service Agreement and these Terms of Agreement, the Service Agreement shall govern.
