THIS ARTICULATION AGREEMENT (The “Agreement”) is entered into on February 20th 2017 by and between Union Institute and University (“UI&U”) with an address of 440 East McMillan Street, Cincinnati OH 45206; and the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science (“CCMS”) with an address of 645 West North Bend Road, Cincinnati OH 45224. UI&U is a private university that has its main campus in Cincinnati, Ohio and academic centers in California, Florida, and New England pursuant to Section 3354 of the Ohio Revised Code. UI&U is authorized as a degree-granting institution by the Ohio Department of Higher Education, the Florida Commission for Independent Education, and the Vermont Board of Education and has been determined by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education to be exempt from state requirements for authorization by reason of its institutional accreditation.
