These terms and conditions, together with any purchase order to which they are physically or electronically attached or in which they are incorporated by reference, are the "Order". Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc., or its affiliate identified on the Order, is "Pioneer". "Vendor" is the entity to which the Order is issued (as identified thereon). Vendor and Pioneer are each a "Party" and collectively "Parties". The Order is an offer by Pioneer to purchase products, materials or other goods as identified on the Order (the "Goods") and any services identified on the Order (the "Services") in accordance with these terms and conditions together with any terms and conditions set forth on the face of the purchase order. This Order expressly limits Vendor’s acceptance to the terms of the Order, and these terms and conditions prevail over any terms or conditions contained in any other documentation and expressly exclude any of Vendor’s general terms and conditions of sale or any other docum
