This Amendment No. 2 (the “Amendment”) is made by and between Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a New York corporation with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110, and CBB Carrier Services, Inc., a corporation with offices at 253 Monticello Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia 23510 (“CBB”), and shall be deemed effective on November 20, 2006 (the “Amendment Effective Date”). Verizon and CBB are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a "Party". This Amendment covers services in Verizon’s service territory in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “Commonwealth”).
