Plaintiff and De- fendants are collectively referred to as the “Parties.” The settlement expressed in this Settlement Agreement is conditioned upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Settlement Agreement, including but not limited to the Court (1) approving this Settlement Agreement; and (2) entering the orders and judgments in material conformance with those proposed by the Parties, as more fully described below:
