BRUSH’s Donation. In relation to this Section 4, BRUSH agrees to provide the University with a donation to support education activities (“Donation”). The Parties agree that the Donation for the calendar year starting with calendar year 2022 will be of CZK 500 000,-CZK.The Donation is to be paid by the end of the March each year.
