Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Unopposed Amended Motion for Preliminary Approval of Class Settlement and Direction of Notice Under Rule 23(e) (the “Motion”). Plaintiffs Neversink General Store and Brenda Tomlinson (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) and Defendants Mowi USA, LLC, Mowi Ducktrap, LLC, Mowi USA Holding, LLC, and Mowi ASA (collectively, “Mowi”) have entered into a Class Action Settlement Agreement and Release, dated [ ], 2021 (the “Settlement Agreement”).
